The Joy of Autumn

Autumn is the season of harvest.



I made a smidgen of jam from the fruit of a Russian Olive, 
which bore for the first time in our tiny garden.
The sweet and sour taste of the jam matched cold tofu 
with pickled Yuzu (Japanese citrus) in honey.

My absolute favorite is the clear blue sky with crisp air!

It cleanses my heart and fills me with power, hope, and joy!
